Celtic Connections 19th Jan - 5th Feb 2012, Glasgow Scottish talent and artists from all over the world perform in ceilidhs and concerts across Glasgow, in what has become the worlds biggest winter music festival
Opera Unwrapped Throughout 2012, Countrywide A wide range of opera, perfromed in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen and Inverness and over 50 other theatres, village halls and community centres.
The Scottish Caravan and Outdoor Leisure Show
2nd - 5th Feb 2012, Glasgow The fifth annual event at the SECC, Glasgow, will have more than 100 exhibitors. The latest caravans, motorhomes and holiday homes will be on view. Camping and marine products will also feature.
Fort William Mountain Festival
15th - 19th February 2012, Fort William Five days in Scotland's outdoor capital for walking and climbing films, lectures, and activity exhibitions.
Glasgow Film Festival
16th - 26th February 2012, Glasgow
This ten day event will showcase over one hundred films, with previews, premieres and guest appearances. You can see some of the best works from some of the world's greatest filmmakers.
