Try the mountain biking, kayaking, white water rafting, climbing, and canyoning, and finish with a ceilidh supper. Arran Wildlife Festival 14th - 21st 2008, isle of Arran Get close to Arran's wildlife. Golden Eagles, basking sharks, dolphins and red deer in this brilliant eight day event. Dumfries & Galloway Arts Festival 23rd - 31st 2008, Dumfries & Galloway A host of events, including music, dance, literary and theatre, with local and international performers. The Edinburgh Marathon 25th May 2008, Edinburgh Around 100,000 people will throng the capital to watch the marathon runners leave Princes Street and finish in Holyrood Park. a fun day out for everyone.
