Figures just out show that there were 45 million visits to Scottish attractions last year.

Top of the list was Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum, for the second year running.

This was closely followed by Edinburgh Castle and Edinburgh Zoo.

The Falkirk Wheel was right up there too, and it's no coincidence that all of these attractions are featured on this site.
